Health system settles obstetrics charges
A Virginia health system has agreed to pay nearly a million dollars to settle charges that it defrauded Medicaid.
Sentara Health Systems, which owns four hospitals in the Tidewater area of Virginia, was accused by federal and state authorities of submitting false claims.
