The book also features tips on data collection and analysis, with a focus on using statistical tools such as control charts and run charts to analyze and interpret data. Case studies from behavioral health, home health, hospital, and health care networks organizations offer real-world examples that readers can adapt for use at their organizations. In addition, a case study exercise helps readers test their understanding of concepts discussed in the book.
