How do we know that we are meeting the hospital goals for value-based reimbursement while making a positive impact on patients? Join our speakers as they review the latest outcome measures in the field of case management and provide examples of benchmarks and dashboards with value-based reimbursement metrics case managers can create to track trends and results over time. The speakers will also discuss recommendations on communicating the positive impact the case management department makes on value-based reimbursement.
