Self-evaluation is important, too
In addition to surveying your employees, a self-check can be invaluable in evaluating your work/life programming. These suggested questions were created by Sandra L. Kuntz Consulting in Chicago.
— How are we doing? How did we do?
— What are we doing right or wrong?
— Are we meeting our standards and/or benchmarks?
— Are we doing what we said we would do?
— What are we accomplishing?
— What is the evidence?
— How do we keep track of what’s going on?
— Is our report biased?
— How do constituents feel about the program?
— What are people doing? What are they saying?
— Was the program worth the money and the effort?
— How can the program be improved?
— Is there still a need for the program?
— Should the program continue, or should a new program be developed?
— What’s next?
