ED Legal Letter covers emergency medicine from the perspective of risk management and malpractice prevention. Each monthly issue reviews legal issues relating to emergency medicine practice and offers specific recommendations for reducing risk in the ED.

ED Legal Letter is guidance and advice from professionals, including MD/JDs, who understand both sides of extremely complex issues related to business, medicine, and the law. This is practical advice that is clearly and succinctly written, designed to give insight into running EDs safely and effectively.
